Day 9 ~ A book you thought you wouldn't like but ended up loving

Okay, I am going to go with this recent book... I have enjoyed Stiefvater in the past, but I was not a fan of her series that starts with the book Shiver. That likely could have been timing... I do like her writing, but I was resistant to check this out. And, I loved it! I think in the end my resistance to read it and the fact that I read all four books in a row ended up making it an even more positive experience. I am glad I got around to giving it a try!
